All groups/individuals who are interested in participating in the Community Parade on September 23 must complete and submit the form below no later than Thursday, September 21st at Noon.
Groups/individuals who are selected for participation in the parade will receive an email notification from the Mon Ice Project, which will include instructions for final confirmation and event participation.
A minimum donation of $25 to the Mon Ice Project is required at the time of final confirmation. This fee shall not apply to non-profit and scholastic groups.
Participants must be able to report to North Belle Vernon by 9:30 AM on the morning of the event and stay for the duration of the parade, which is expected to last until noon.
As needed, participants must provide their own vehicles and equipment unless otherwise notified in advance by the Mon Ice Project.
